Dear Robert ;
Here is a brief Summary and a few pictures of RLB's activity. After looking at this,
I would be ready to have a nother phone call, I can answer your questions,
and we can decide if we can assist each other. Your experience indicates to
me that you will bring valuable skills and network to this task.
RLB is a "cross-border intermediary consultant", and we bring together two
parties needing each other. We've been doing this for 15 years, largely for
financial products (I am a CPA), and now have expanded to requests for
manufactured structures. We are just completing the first very large purchase,

many 000's of units.
I would be pleased to explore the topic of housing further. Basically, here
is a short summary:

detailed information. The Manufacturers have been in business
for many years, they are expert at their special technology.
II. There are two ways for a non-N American company to work with the N
American manufacturers:
a. Acquire houses or buildings from the manufacturer, custom designed
or pre-designed models, that are shipped to be assembled on-site. Training
for local assembly crews is provided. This is the most sensible way to
start for a non-US company.
b. Acquire the equipment and CAD systems to manufacture such
structures themselves in Latin America, the Manufacturer provides training etc.
Generally, this is considered after the initial experience with such
structures.

III. RLB brings all components:
- the Manufacturer of the structural
framework (light steel or SIPs), - all of the Non-Structural Materials(windows, doors, kitchen and bath, etc) at wholesale,
- and freight forwarding for all logistics. The structures we bring are easy to transport, and quick to assemble.
Training to local crews is provided.
RLB worked for two years to bring together everything. We have been
providing smaller orders, and now seek major relationships.

I am now seeking to
work with professional persons and companies that can introduce RLB to
construction companies, project developers and other users, and that is what
I see as your role. I have formal relationships with several of the very
best manufacturers, so we bring exceptional products for buyers. The
Manufacturers can customize their building methods and materials to almost
any plan from the Buyer. Success takes some time and patience, but the fees that you

and I earn, upon success, are very profitable.
The one model pictured below is basically what is being ordered now, but we have many
models, both light steel and SIP, they are completely proven, independent test data
is provided (wind, seismic, mold, mildew, termites, R factor etc.). Incidentally,
for this order, the Manufacturer will send a Spanish speaking team to train the
local workers at the start.
RLB is a very serious and professional company. We look to work with a similar
company to bring exceptional structures to Latin America. The focus is mainly for quite basic family
homes, but also more middle class homes and small-mid size commercial buildings. Worker
camps are also an area we specialize in.
I look forward to your response. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience,
